Misturar o fermento,o leite e o açúca e deixar descansar por 10 minutos,em seguida acrescenta os ovos,a manteiga e a farinha de trigo,por último o sal
Souvar a massa  dividir em porções de 90 gramas,pincelar com ovo e  dispor gergelim,deixar descansar por 25 minutos ou dobrar de tamanho,levar ao forno a 180 graus por 25 minutos até dourar,pronto está pronto o melhor pão de hambúrguer, sucessos
