  • Bifum rice noodles500 g
  • Cooked and shredded chicken500 g
  • grated carrot300 g
  • shredded white cabbage200 g
  • shredded mozzarella cheese500 g
  • Corn starch150 g
  • Saffron10 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Margarine1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • Panco flour6 cup
  • Water2 cup
  • Oil for frying2 l
  1. Soak the noodles in cold water for thirty minutes to be hydrated.
  2. Cook the chicken and shred.
  3. Place the margarine, chicken, carrots, cabbage, salt and saffron in a saucepan. Mix well over low heat. Add the macaroni and mix. Add the cheese and starch, mixing well.
  4. Let it cool, and make the dumplings.
  5. Mix the wheat flour with the water until it becomes a thin porridge. Dip the dumplings in this mixture and roll in panco flour.
  6. Heat the oil and fry the dumplings
