  • milk1/2 cup
  • chicken fillet to taste
  • lettuce1 unit(s)
  • tomato to taste
  • ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard to taste
  • fried egg to taste
  1. for flatbread dough Prepare a large baking dish by greasing it with oil and dusting it with wheat flour. Reserve. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the yeast with the milk. Reserve. On a plate, with the help of a fork, beat the eggs. Add the sugar, salt, eggs, oil and wheat flour to the reserved yeast mixture and mix until you get a malleable dough. 30 minutes or until doubled in volume. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into 11 cm diameter discs. Place the discs on the baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes. Remove, cover with a clean tea towel and let cool.
  2. for the sauce put mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise
  3. Grill the chicken with your favorite seasoning.
  4. fry the egg to your liking
  5. for assembly put the pita bread, lettuce sauce, tomato and the chicken finish with sauce and close with the pita bread
