1 eggs 1 medium cooked beetroot 1 cup of cooking water 1 packet of yeast 4 tablespoons of sugar 3 tablespoons of margarine Half kilo of wheat flour Half kilo of wholemeal flour.

Beterraba cozida coloque no liquidificador junto com 1 xícara do cozimento dela. 
Bata por uns 5 minutinhos. 
Depois numa tigela misture 
A batida do liquidificador
Com os demais ingredientes
Misture bem até obter uma massa lisinha.
Deixe crescer até dobrar de tamanho
Modele e deixe crescer novamente.
Leve para assar em forno pre- aquecido
Até dourar.
