- Duckling meat400 g
- Onion1/2 cup
- yakisoba noodles400 g
- Water250 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Shoyu2 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cut the carrots and broccoli, steam them until al dente. Reserve.
- Cut the cabbage and onion into cubes. Cut the meat into slices or squares, as you prefer.
- Put the oil in the pan and fry the meat until golden.
- Add the onion and cook some more. Add the broccoli, carrots and cabbage, let it cook while you mix the cornstarch and soy sauce with the water in a container.
- Add this mixture of water, shoyu and starch in the pan, and put the salt.
- Leave a creamy mixture, and add the pasta, mix everything and serve immediately.
