  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Cabbage2 cup
  • Duckling meat400 g
  • Onion1/2 cup
  • yakisoba noodles400 g
  • Water250 ml
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Shoyu2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the carrots and broccoli, steam them until al dente. Reserve.
  2. Cut the cabbage and onion into cubes. Cut the meat into slices or squares, as you prefer.
  3. Put the oil in the pan and fry the meat until golden.
  4. Add the onion and cook some more. Add the broccoli, carrots and cabbage, let it cook while you mix the cornstarch and soy sauce with the water in a container.
  5. Add this mixture of water, shoyu and starch in the pan, and put the salt.
  6. Leave a creamy mixture, and add the pasta, mix everything and serve immediately.
