Shredded beef150 g
Cottage cheese150 g
Onion1 unit(s)
Butter10 g
Parsley0 to taste
Butter80 g
Egg1 unit(s)
Salt1 g
Wheat flour180 g

For the stuffing: put the butter and the onion in a pan and sauté until golden.
Add the dried meat and cottage cheese and mix well.
Turn off the heat, add the chopped parsley and let it cool.
For the dough: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your fingertips until smooth.
