- Filling: 400g of minced meat 400g of tomato sauce 2 minced garlic cloves 1 onion cut into cubes 1 teaspoon cumin salt to taste
- Preparation mode Pasta: Mix the eggs, milk and olive oil in a blender and, finally, the flour. In a nonstick skillet, bake the pancake discs.
- Stuffing: In a pan, brown the garlic and onion in soy oil, add the meat, cumin and tomato sauce. Let it cook for 15 minutes. Stuff the pancakes and place on a platter. Finish by putting the sauce on top.
