1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cup milk

Beef pancake in tomato sauce

Recheio:
400g de carne moída 
400g de molho de tomate 
2 dentes de alho picados 
1 cebola cortada em cubinhos 
1 colher (chá) de cominho
Sal a gosto

Filling:
400g of minced meat
400g of tomato sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
1 onion cut into cubes
1 teaspoon cumin
salt to taste

Modo de preparo 
Massa: Misture no liquidificador os ovos, leite e azeite e, por último, a farinha. Em uma frigideira antiaderente, asse os discos das panquecas. 

Preparation mode
Pasta: Mix the eggs, milk and olive oil in a blender and, finally, the flour. In a nonstick skillet, bake the pancake discs.

Recheio: Em uma panela, doure o alho e a cebola em óleo de soja, acrescente a carne, cominho e o molho de tomate. Deixe cozinhar por 15 minutos. Recheie as panquecas e coloque em uma travessa. Finalize colocando o molho por cima. 

Stuffing: In a pan, brown the garlic and onion in soy oil, add the meat, cumin and tomato sauce. Let it cook for 15 minutes. Stuff the pancakes and place on a platter. Finish by putting the sauce on top.
