  • Noodles for Yakisoba300 g
  • Grated or sliced carrots100 g
  • White cabbage, thinly sliced100 g
  • Cabbage Leaf50 g
  • Thinly sliced chard50 g
  • Shoyu10 ml
  • Sesame oil1 teaspoon
  • Aginimoto1 to taste
  • Meat in strips120 g
  • Chicken strips120 g
  • Sugar1 coffee spoon
  • Corn starch2 teaspoon
  • Water10 ml
  • Soybean oil2 teaspoon
  • Broccoli100 g
  1. Cook the pasta al dente. Drain, cool and reserve
  2. Place the sesame oil and soy oil in a large pan or skillet and sauté the chicken meat.
  3. Add the vegetables and season with the aginimoto, sugar and soy sauce. Saute the vegetables.
  4. Put the noodles. Mix the starch in the water and put TB in the sauté, stir until creamy. Don't let it get dry. serve while still hot
