  • Water3 cup
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Vegetable broth tablet2 unit(s)
  • Arborio rice1 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Dry white wine1 teaspoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Bring water to a boil and dissolve the vegetable stock cubes in it.
  2. Reserve the broth
  3. In a pan, put the olive oil and the onion, sauté over low heat until the onion is transparent.
  4. Add the rice and mix well
  5. Add wine and stir until dry.
  6. Take a ladle of vegetable broth and add it to the rice (stir so it doesn't stick to the bottom)
  7. When it is drying, repeat the process, for the rice to be very soft.
  8. Turn off the heat, add the parmesan, butter and pepper.
  9. Serve :)
