  • Oil1/4 cup

  • Bread Yeast15 g
  • Wheat flour4 cup
  1. Mix all the ingredients (except the flour) well in a bowl. Then add the flour little by little and mix with a spoon until you place it on a bench and knead. Knead well, take it to grow in the sun until it doubles in volume and then model. This dough is used for homemade bread, pizza, esfirra, donuts, etc. I like doughs but sweeter so I usually use more sugar mainly to make the dough and pizza dough. But you can decrease it to 5 heaping tablespoons if you don't want the dough to be sweeter.
