- Salt1 teaspoon
- Seasonings of your choice1 to taste
- Cup of rice tea1 cup
- In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and sauté 6 chopped onions or seasonings of your choice.
- Add a cup of rice tea and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add two cups of hot water and a teaspoon of salt.
- Partially cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the liquid dries up and the beans are cooked through.
- Turn off the heat, cover the pan and set aside for 5 minutes, then serve.
