Banana pie with white brigadeiro



Bata no liquidificador os ovos, o açúcar e a manteiga, depois acrescente o farelo de aveia, a canela e bata novamente até ficar uma mistura homogênea. Com um garfo amasse as 4 bananas e misture junto com oq vc bateu no liquidificador. Por último acrescente o fermento e mexa levemente. Coloque em um refratário de vidro e leve ao microondas em potência máxima por 7 a 8 minutos.




Beat the eggs, sugar and butter in the blender, then add the oat bran, cinnamon and beat again until you get a homogeneous mixture. With a fork, mash the 4 bananas and mix together with what you hit in the blender. Finally add the yeast and mix lightly. Place in a glass refractory and microwave on maximum power for 7 to 8 minutes.


Para o brigadeiro branco vc vai precisar:
2 latas de creme de leite zero lactose.
2 gemas
1 colher de sopa de mateiga (usei a ghee)
2 colheres de sopa de xilitou ou outro adoçante de sua preferência.
6 colheres de sopa de leite em pó desnatado.
Em uma panela misture todos os ingredientes e mexa em fogo baixo até vc ver que está soltando do fundo da panela.
Divida o bolo em camadas e recheie generosamente camada por camada, finalizei com um pouco de canela por cima.

For the white brigadeiro you will need:
2 cans of lactose-free milk cream.
2 gems
1 tablespoon butter (I used ghee)
2 tablespoons of xylitou or other sweetener of your choice.
6 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder.
In a pan, mix all the ingredients and stir over low heat until you see that it is dropping from the bottom of the pan.
Divide the cake into layers and fill generously layer by layer, finishing with a little cinnamon on top.
