Misture  muito bem a farinha , açúcar  , ovo e o fermento 

Mix the flour, sugar, egg and yeast very well.

Incorporate the mashed banana into this dough.

Se a massa ficar durante,  coloque um pouco de leite  

If the dough stays for longer, add a little milk.

Frite às colheradas em óleos quente e escorra o excesso  da gordura em papel toalha 

Fry by spoonfuls in hot oil and drain excess fat on paper towels.

Depois de escorridos jogue açúcar com canela por cima e sirva

Once drained, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and serve.
