- Tapioca2 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Banana cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese slices2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Green Grapes to taste
- In a non-stick frying pan, put a drizzle of oil and leave it on low heat.
- In a bowl, beat the egg until foamy with a fork or fouet.
- Add the tapioca and mix well.
- Put the dough in the skillet and leave it on low heat.
- Wait until golden and turn aside.
- Place the slices of mozzarella cheese
- Place half of the sliced banana on top of the cheese.
- Put cinnamon powder to taste and let it cook for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts and the banana softens.
- Fold in half and that's it đ
- Then serve with the rest of the banana cut into slices and green grapes to taste.
