Egg1 unit(s)
Tapioca2 tablespoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
Banana cut into slices1 unit(s)
Mozzarella cheese slices2 unit(s)
Cinnamon powder to taste
Green Grapes to taste

In a non-stick frying pan, put a drizzle of oil and leave it on low heat.
In a bowl, beat the egg until foamy with a fork or fouet.
Add the tapioca and mix well.
Put the dough in the skillet and leave it on low heat.
Wait until golden and turn aside.
Place the slices of mozzarella cheese
Place half of the sliced banana on top of the cheese.
Put cinnamon powder to taste and let it cook for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts and the banana softens.
Fold in half and that's it 😋
Then serve with the rest of the banana cut into slices and green grapes to taste.
Great snack or pre workout option 💪
