Banana cake

Faça um caramelo com açúcar e despeje na forma com furo no meio e reserve.

Make a caramel with sugar and pour it into the mold with a hole in the middle and set aside.


No liqüidificador adicione 1 banana picada, os ovos, óleo, e o açúcar ; Bata por 2 minutos . 


In the blender add 1 chopped banana, eggs, oil, and sugar; Beat for 2 minutes.

Em uma tigela acrescente a farinha de trigo; Despeje o líquido no trigo misture bem depois acrescenta as duas bananas em pedaços, o fermento e mexa até massa fica homogênea. 

In a bowl add the wheat flour; Pour the liquid into the wheat mix well then add the two bananas in pieces, the yeast and stir until the dough is homogeneous.

Depois transfera a massa para forma  e leve para assar em forno preaquecido por 30 á 40 minutos. 

Then transfer the dough to form  and bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
