- Water50 ml
- Roof In a pan, add the sugar and mix until melted. Slowly pour in the water and stir until the sugar dissolves, add again a little water and stir until smooth, repeat the process until the water is added. Pour the syrup into the mold, place the bananas and set aside.
- Put the eggs, oil, milk and sugar in a blender, beat very well
- Add the wheat flour little by little and continue beating until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Add the cinnamon and yeast and beat again.
- Place the dough on top of the bananas and Bake for 30 minutes in a medium oven at 180Âș
