  • chopped bacon200 g
  • large potatoes5 unit(s)
  • salt1 teaspoon
  • Heavy cream1 can(s)
  • chopped coriander to taste
  1. In a pan fry the bacon in its own fat until golden.
  2. Drain excess fat and place on absorbent paper. Reserve.
  3. Brush and wash the potatoes well. Wrap them one by one in aluminum foil.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for approximately 1 hour (or until soft when pierced with a fork).
  5. Partially uncover the potato, making a cradle with the aluminum foil.
  6. Make two deep cuts, forming a cross in the potato, press the two ends to open a hole and sprinkle half a teaspoon of salt over the potatoes.
  7. Season the Heavy cream with the remaining salt, distribute over the potatoes, sprinkle with the reserved bacon and coriander and serve next.
