- Milk150 ml
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Stuffing to taste
- In a container place the wheat flour, milk, egg, margarine, yeast and salt.
- With your hand, knead well until it becomes a smooth dough and no longer sticks to your hand.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin, cut into circles and fill to taste.
- TIP: When closing the pastries, brush the edges with egg yolk.
- When closing the pastries, also brush over the top and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden.
- The stuffing is to taste, it can be mozzarella cheese, ham, chicken with catupiry...
