  • Milk150 ml
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Stuffing to taste
  1. In a container place the wheat flour, milk, egg, margarine, yeast and salt.
  2. With your hand, knead well until it becomes a smooth dough and no longer sticks to your hand.
  3. Open the dough with a rolling pin, cut into circles and fill to taste.
  4. TIP: When closing the pastries, brush the edges with egg yolk.
  5. When closing the pastries, also brush over the top and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden.
  6. The stuffing is to taste, it can be mozzarella cheese, ham, chicken with catupiry...
