- Boiled and mashed cassava1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, mix the manioc, the egg, the margarine, the Parmesan cheese and the salt. Add the wheat flour little by little until you get a firm dough. Make balls and place in a greased non-stick pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
