  • Bacon in small cubes300 g
  • Chicken broth (knor)2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Parmesan200 g
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. In a pan put the bacon to fry
  2. Remove the fried bacon and set aside
  3. In another pan put 1 liter and a half of water and the knor broth let it boil
  4. In the bacon pan, still with its fat, put the garlic and onion and let it fry well.
  5. Then put the rice let it give a good sauté and add a spoon of butter
  6. Once the broth comes to a boil, slowly add it to the rice, stirring constantly. Until the rice is thick and creamy
  7. Then add the grated parmesan and the other spoon of butter. Remembering don't stop stirring until your rice gets to the point it's very creamy
  8. Put the bacon and green smell to finish
