- Arborio rice2 cup
- Bacon in small cubes300 g
- Chicken broth (knor)2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Parmesan200 g
- Green Smell to taste
- In a pan put the bacon to fry
- Remove the fried bacon and set aside
- In another pan put 1 liter and a half of water and the knor broth let it boil
- In the bacon pan, still with its fat, put the garlic and onion and let it fry well.
- Then put the rice let it give a good sauté and add a spoon of butter
- Once the broth comes to a boil, slowly add it to the rice, stirring constantly. Until the rice is thick and creamy
- Then add the grated parmesan and the other spoon of butter. Remembering don't stop stirring until your rice gets to the point it's very creamy
- Put the bacon and green smell to finish
