  • Water200 ml
  • Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
  • Eggs1 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • Biological Yeast1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese50 g
  • Bacon100 g
  1. In a skillet, add the bacon and let it fry. Reserve.
  2. In a container, add the water, parmesan cheese and mix again. Now, add the wheat flour little by little and mix until it forms a dough. Finally, add the bacon, and add
  3. Transfer to a panettone shape and spread well. Let it rest for 1 hour
  4. Finish with grated mozzarella on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
