  • Fine oat flakes200 g
  • Orange (juice)1 unit(s)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil60 g
  • Baking powder2 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°
  2. Cook the carrots and crush, along with the dates.
  3. Place the previous preparation in a mixing bowl, add the eggs, the flakes, the orange juice and the oil and beat until a homogeneous texture is obtained. Add the yeast and cinnamon and stir just until incorporated.
  4. We transfer the mixture to a small, previously greased mold, and put it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, without a fan (we do the toothpick test to confirm).
