- Fine oat flakes200 g
- Orange (juice)1 unit(s)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil60 g
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Cook the carrots and crush, along with the dates.
- Place the previous preparation in a mixing bowl, add the eggs, the flakes, the orange juice and the oil and beat until a homogeneous texture is obtained. Add the yeast and cinnamon and stir just until incorporated.
- We transfer the mixture to a small, previously greased mold, and put it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, without a fan (we do the toothpick test to confirm).
