  • Water360 ml
  • Wheat flour5 cup
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  1. In a bowl put the yeast, warm water and sugar, stir well. Then add the rest of the ingredients, the egg, oil and salt. Shake well.
  2. Add the wheat flour little by little, until you can't move the spoon. On a floured table, knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it is very smooth and does not stick to the table. Let rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Then just open the dough and fill with ham and mozzarella. Close and cut. Optional: Brush 1 egg yolk and finish with oregano.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30/35 minutes, depending on your oven.
