- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Add sugar and egg and mix
- Gradually add the flour and mix
- Add the milk and mix everything until smooth, add the yeast and stir slowly.
- Lightly grease a small non-stick frying pan and put spoonfuls of the dough, on medium heat leave for two minutes on one side and two minutes on the other.
- At the time of serving, add honey, jam or whatever you prefer to accompany, or eat them pure with coffee.
