Misture todos ingredientes em um recipiente, e reserve. 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Pré aqueça uma frigideira antiaderente de preferência, com um pouco de margarina( só para não grudar), e use uma concha cheia e coloque no centro da frigideira com fogo baixo e não mexa, espere ver se solta da frigideira e verifique se a parte de baixo está começando a dourar, se sim, vire do outro lado e não mexa, assim que estiver fofinha e assada totalmente, repita o processo. 

Pre-heat a non-stick skillet preferably, with a little margarine (just so it doesn't stick), and use a full ladle and place it in the center of the skillet with low heat and don't move, wait to see if it comes off the skillet and check if the bottom is starting to brown, if so, turn the other side and don't stir, once it's fluffy and fully roasted, repeat the process.
