  • Diced Tomatoes Without Seeds3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Sear the meat very well in a heavy-bottomed pan (leave golden on all sides) and then add the rest of the ingredients;
  2. Let it cook on low heat for approximately 4 hours (it will be worth it), or until the onion is all melted and the meat is tender and starts to shred. You don't need to add water, the onion water is usually enough, but keep an eye out at the end of cooking, if necessary, add it little by little.
  3. Correct the seasonings, shred the meat with two forks and place on the dough. Serve with a little cheese.
