- Rosemary to taste

- Beef broth2 unit(s)
- Cut and chop the potatoes, put to cook with knorr broth.
- In a sieve I put Oregano and bay leaf to cook along with the potato on top, to give flavor, you can put rosemary and or other seasonings of your preference.
- When the potatoes cook well, remove the sieve, drain the water and mash the potatoes.
- Add the starch, mix and bring to the fire, stirring until it comes off the pan.
- Put to cool.
- Model and put it in a shape, add the sauce and that's it.
- You can still put cheese on top and put it in the oven to brown. Hmmm it even made my mouth water!
