- Warm water350 ml
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Let rest for 10 min
- Make 10 folds in the dough, bringing the edges to the center, no need to knead
- Let it rest for another 10 minutes, covered with a dish towel.
- Make 10 more folds in the dough
- Rest for another 10 minutes
- 10 folds
- Rest 10 more minutes
- Last 10 folds
- Let it rest for an hour for the dough to double in size.
- Add a little more flour to shape the dough
- Heat the oven to 220 degrees for 45 min
- Put the covered dough in the oven, you can use a pan of its own to go in the oven or a roast for 25 min.
- Uncover and leave for another 20 minutes.
