- In a pan add the two glasses of water, bring to the fire when it is lukewarm turn off the fire and add the yeast mix well and book.

- Let the dough rise for 1 hour. Then divide the dough into parts and roll into loaves of bread.
- Then let the dough rise for another 40 minutes. Then just take it to bake for another 30 minutes, when the bread is very red it's time to take it out, always looking not to bake too much.
