2 and a half cups of warm water

Em uma panela adicione os dois copos de água, leve ao fogo quando estiver morna desligue o fogo e adicione o fermento misture bem e reserve.

In a pan add the two glasses of water, bring to the fire when it is lukewarm turn off the fire and add the yeast mix well and book.

Pegue o liquidificador adicione o óleo, sal, açúcar, ovo, o queijo ralado e a água com fermento. Bata por uns 6 minutos 

Take the blender add the oil, salt, sugar, egg, grated cheese and yeast water. Beat for about 6 minutes

Coloque em um recipiente toda essa mistura e vai  acrescentando o trigo aos poucos, misturando com as mãos, fique de olho na massa e na quantidade de trigo certa para a massa e quando não grudar em suas mãos.

Put all this mixture in a container and gradually add the wheat, mixing with your hands, keep an eye on the dough and the right amount of wheat for the dough and when it doesn't stick to your hands.

Deixe a massa crescer por 1 hora. Depois dívida a massa em partes e enrole em formato de pães 

Let the dough rise for 1 hour. Then divide the dough into parts and roll into loaves of bread.

Depois deixe a massa crescer por mais 40 minutos. Depois só é levar para assar por mais 30 minutos, quando o pão estiver bem vermelhinho é a hora de tirar, sempre vai olhando para não assar demais.

Then let the dough rise for another 40 minutes. Then just take it to bake for another 30 minutes, when the bread is very red it's time to take it out, always looking not to bake too much.
