Zucchini stuffed with chicken in tomato sauce

  • Large Italian Zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Cooked, shredded and seasoned chicken breast1 cup
  • Tomato sauce2 cup
  • shredded mozzarella cheese0.5 cup
  • Cooked corn3 tablespoon
  1. Wash the zucchini well and cut into thick slices of about 7 cm.
  2. With the help of a small spoon, remove the core of each zucchini slice leaving the bottom covered.
  3. In a container, mix the shredded chicken and seasoned with the corn and 3 tablespoons of the tomato sauce.
  4. Stuff each piece of zucchini with the chicken and set aside.
  5. In a high ovenproof dish, pour the remaining tomato sauce and arrange the zucchinis leaving them far apart.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over each zucchini.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
  8. Turn on the oven gilder in the final minutes to brown the cheese
