  • Ham or turkey breast100 g
  1. Grate the zucchini in the thick drain and let it soak for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain and squeeze the zucchini to remove excess water and add the eggs, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  3. Take to bake in a lined shape with butter paper for approximately 15 minutes.
  4. Unmold on a plastic that can help you roll up. Carefully remove the parchment paper.
  5. Spread the cream cheese and stuff it with cheese, ham and/or turkey breast or according to your imagination and desire.
  6. Roll up with the help of plastic, place on a plate to serve or in a refractory if you want to return to the oven to gratin.
  7. Serve hot or cold, as you prefer, accompanied by a delicious green salad.
