- Slice the zucchinis with the help of a mandolin vertically into very thin slices.
- Quickly grill them just to make it easier to roll
- Sauté the ground duckling, season well with onion and add the ricotta and mix very well.
- Stuff the zucchini slices and roll them up to form several rolls, put them in a roasting pan with the tomato sauce and finish with the grated cheese.
