Zucchini roll with ricotta and tuna cream

  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • grated cheese100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Ricotta Cream1 unit(s)
  • Tuna2 unit(s)
  1. Grate the zucchinis.
  2. Add eggs, cheese, salt and any seasonings you like.
  3. Mix everything very well.
  4. Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and fill as desired. I fill it with ricotta cream and tuna.
  6. Roll up the roulade. If desired, top with cheese and return to the oven to melt.
