Zucchini Pasta with Meatballs

  • Ground beef500 g
  • Onion cream1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Grated cheese to taste
  • Zucchini2 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese to taste
  • Olive oil or butter to taste
  • Garlic and Onion1 teaspoon
  1. MEATBALLS: In a bowl, add the ground beef with the onion cream until you get a homogeneous mass. Shape into balls and set aside
  2. In a pan, put the tomato sauce and, if you want, add 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese to dilute the sauce and make it softer. Add the meatballs, cover the pan and cook until they are firm.
  3. FROM ZUCCHINI NOODLES: Cut the zucchinis into thin strips (on the same grater) or on the sharpener, suitable for making zucchini noodles.
  4. In a pan sauté the garlic and onion (with olive oil or butter) until golden. Add the zucchini and let it cook until it becomes soft and without water.
  5. ASSEMBLING THE PLATE: On a plate, place the zucchini noodles, add the sauce with the meatballs, finish with grated cheese.
