  • Oregano to taste
  • Mozzarella Cheese (grated)100 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the zucchini into approximately 1 cm slices.
  2. With the knife, make transverse (superficial) cuts on the top of each of the slices.
  3. Add salt to taste on each slice.
  4. Wait 15 minutes. The zucchini will release water and after that period use a paper towel to wipe the water.
  5. In a heated skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and place the zucchini slices to brown on both sides.
  6. With the help of a spoon, put the tomato sauce on each of the slices.
  7. add the oregano
  8. Place the grated mozzarella on each of the slices.
  9. Place the pan in the preheated oven for a maximum of 15 minutes (or until the cheese is melted).
