- Zucchinis3 unit(s)
- Can of Peeled Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Boursin goat cheese2 tablespoon
- With a Julienne peeler, peel the zucchinis until you reach the seeds (This part of the center can be used in soups and sautés).
- In a very hot skillet, heat a drizzle of oil and add the zucchinis. Do not stir too much, they should be slightly golden and soft, but without releasing water. High fire all the time. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and reserve.
- In the same skillet add the peeled tomato and stir and mash with tongs or spatula. Add the goat cheese and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and place over the zucchini.
