- Salt to taste
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Cut the zucchini into rounds.
- In a nonstick skillet over low heat, place the butter and the zucchini slices.
- Place the 2 eggs on top of everything.
- Season with salt. Cover the fridge.
- Flip and fry the other side. It doesn't even take 10 min.
