Lave a abobrinha e corte em fatias finas (usar descascador de legumes).

Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices (use a vegetable peeler).

Bater os ovos com sal e temeperos a gosto acrescente queijo ralado.

Beat the eggs with salt and seasonings to taste add grated cheese.

Vocês podem usar sua criatividade e adicionar qualquer coisa.

Forminhas de silicone coloque as fatias de abobrinha uma dentro da outra formando uma flor.

Bata os ovos com  e os temperos juntos e acrescente um pouquinho de queijo, reggae por cima das abobrinhas, polvilhe + um pouquinho de queijo e leve para assar +-20 minutos.
