- Seasoned Shredded Chicken4 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sicilian Lemon Broth2 tablespoon
- Sicilian lemon zest to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- With a grater or spaghetti maker, pass the zucchinis until they form strands like spaghetti.
- In a small pan, place the extra virgin olive oil and the zucchini noodles.
- Add the chopped tomato and season with a little salt.
- Add the lemon juice and stir gently.
- When the zucchini is al dente, add the shredded chicken, lemon zest and ground black pepper and stir gently.
- Turn off and add the oregano to taste
