  • Zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Ricotta1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ricotta cream1/2 cup
  1. Slice the zucchini lengthwise with a mandolin and season all slices with salt and black pepper
  2. Mix the ricotta cream with the fresh ricotta to form the filling.
  3. Take the zucchini slices to the grill quickly just to make them easier to handle
  4. Place the ricotta filling, roll it up and place it in a baking dish lined with tomato sauce.
  5. Place the cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees or until the cheese is melted.
