  • Sliced Zucchini250 g
  • Ground duckling500 g
  • Tomato sauce300 g
  • Light cream100 g
  • Mozzarella100 g
  1. Saute ground beef with onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Reserve.
  2. Pour some of the tomato sauce into the bottom of a refractory. Place a layer of the sliced zucchini and drizzle with more tomato sauce.
  3. Place a layer of ground meat over the zucchini, and spread a little cream.
  4. Add another layer of zucchini, drizzle with tomato sauce, cover with more ground beef, a little cream and make layers until you finish with a layer of zucchini.
  5. Pour some sauce over the zucchini and top with mozzarella cheese or grated Parmesan.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden.
  7. Tip: you can add cheese in the layers, on top of the meat.
