- cup of skim milk1 cup
- coconut oil or your choice.3 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- grated cheese50 g
- whole wheat flour2 cup
- chemical yeast2 teaspoon
- onion to taste
- Green Filled to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Grease a cupcake pan and pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.
- If you want to put stuffing and just cut the cupcake in half.
- Stuffing of your choice (I made it with chicken)
