- Tilapia fillet600 g
- Whole grain pasta500 g
- Tomatoes4 unit(s)
- Zucchini2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Sliced Garlic to taste
- Salt, pepper, parsley to taste
- Mini onions2 unit(s)
- Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon. I cut the tomatoes and zucchini into large pieces and the onions in half.
- I cooked the pasta for 7 minutes in boiling water with a little salt.
- In the frying pan, I added olive oil, I put the tilapia fillets, I let them brown on both sides, I added the tomatoes, garlic and zucchini, seasoned with salt and pepper, when everything was already golden, I added the pasta and mixed well. You can shred the fillets but I prefer to leave them in little pieces.
- I grilled the chives and decorated the dish.
