  • Tilapia fillet600 g
  • Whole grain pasta500 g
  • Tomatoes4 unit(s)
  • Zucchini2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Sliced Garlic to taste
  • Salt, pepper, parsley to taste
  • Mini onions2 unit(s)
  1. Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon. I cut the tomatoes and zucchini into large pieces and the onions in half.
  2. I cooked the pasta for 7 minutes in boiling water with a little salt.
  3. In the frying pan, I added olive oil, I put the tilapia fillets, I let them brown on both sides, I added the tomatoes, garlic and zucchini, seasoned with salt and pepper, when everything was already golden, I added the pasta and mixed well. You can shred the fillets but I prefer to leave them in little pieces.
  4. I grilled the chives and decorated the dish.
