Sunflower Oil or your choice

1 Spoon Baking Powder

Wholemeal pancakes

Bata o ovo, o açúcar, o sal e a baunilha com um fouet até misturar bem, acrescente o óleo e bata mais um pouco.
 Adicione as farinhas, o leite e misture bem, depois por último acrescente o fermento em pó.
Em uma frigideira anti aderente apenas pincele um pouquinho de óleo (ou nada se preferir).
Meça com uma concha média cada porção de massa e frite, sempre em fogo baixo para não ficar cru no meio.
você vai saber que está na hora de virar sua panqueca quando começar a fazer bolhas na massa.
Elas devem ficar douradinhas dos dois lados.

Dica:
Essa receita leva pouco açúcar, para ficar mais neutra, assim você pode comer com mel, melado ou geléia sem ficar enjoativo.
Se você quiser, também pode assar na máquina de waffle.

Beat the egg, sugar, salt and vanilla with a whisk until well blended, add the oil and beat some more.
 Add the flours, milk and mix well, then finally add the baking powder.
In a non-stick skillet just brush a little oil (or nothing if you prefer).
Measure each portion of dough with a medium ladle and fry, always on low heat so it doesn't get raw in the middle.
You'll know it's time to flip your pancake when it starts to bubble in the batter.
They should be golden brown on both sides.

Tip:
This recipe takes little sugar, to be more neutral, so you can eat it with honey, molasses or jam without getting cloying.
If you want, you can also bake in the waffle maker.
