  • Cooked and peeled pine nuts150 g
  • Cassava Flour150 g
  • Chopped pepperoni150 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chili Pepper to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  1. In a pan, I fried the pepperoni in olive oil and set it aside, sauteed the garlic and onion, added the beans and pine nuts, the seasonings.
  2. I added the fried pepperoni, the green smell and the cassava flour, over low heat, mixed well until it was a crunchy farofa.
