- Large Italian Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Buffalo Burrata to taste
- Cherry Tomatoes to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Basil leaves to taste
- Flaxseed (optional) to taste
- Wash well and cut the zucchini into slices.
- Heat a grill with a little oil and grill the zucchinis.
- When golden, turn the side and season with salt and sweet paprika. Drizzle with a little oil. And cover. Leave for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the zucchini in a shallow dish, place pieces of burrata, tomatoes, basil leaves. Season with salt and chimihurri and drizzle with olive oil. Serve while still warm.
- Optional tip: sprinkle flaxseeds when serving.
